HEALTH VOLUNTEERS

a) DANAR is glad to invite Health Volunteers to the Organisation. Health Volunteer should necessarily be a community health provider.

b) Enrollment of Health Volunteer is subject to confirmation by DANAR.

c) Health Volunteer enrolled with DANAR will be allotted with a National ID number, given as Danar ID number (DID).

d) Health Volunteer enrolled with DANAR is entitled to participate in various community health programmes organized by DANAR.

e) Health Volunteers are awarded with Certificates for all their participations, as an appreciation and to make their efforts accountable in respective health service.

f) The aim is to strengthen the community by putting wholesome efforts into community health, by imparting health education to the public through health motivation programmes.

g) Collective effort, through all spheres of health related personnel, is required to address the public health challenges we face today.

PROCEDURE FOR ENROLLMENT

• Take a print out of given “Health Volunteer Form”.
• Out of the 2, take any 1 form, fill the contents, sign it.
• Share the image on WhatsApp number 7673944749.
• Retain the form with you as your office copy.
